Overview
This article will help you understand how you will be able to move multiple items in the worklist to a new status at one time.
Bulk Action Defined
Bulk actions allow users to move multiple line items at one time to:
Change Status
Re-assign to another end user
Send a list of line items via email
Post the same note on multiple line items
Export the list to a CSV file
Apply Bulk Actions
1. From the worklist select the line items you would like to take an action on. Use the checkbox at the top of the table to select all of the items on the page you're viewing.
1. Select the line items you would like to take an action on. Use the checkbox at the top of the table to select all of the items on the page you're viewing. Click Select All items to select all items across multiple pages.
2. Select the action you would like to apply. This could be changing the status of the line items, re-assigning them, sending them via email, recording a note, or exporting them to a csv file.
3. Click Deselect or uncheck the box at the top of the table when you're done.
