Updated over 2 months ago

In this article, you will learn how to view denials in your worklist and navigate your worklist. Additional articles are embedded in the different sections to help build your knowledge base for Denials.

Grouped Views

Grouping your worklist and sorting those groups by the highest dollar amount helps your team see which types of denials are causing the most pain. Working denials by group helps your team tackle your biggest impact denials first and saves them from context switching since they can work similar denials in the same effort.

Moving to the next denial within a group

  • Click on a denial from a grouped worklist.

  • On the top right of the claim detail view, you'll see single and double forward and back arrows

  • Clicking the single arrow will take you to the next denial in the same group

  • Clicking on the double arrow button will take you to the next group

Auto-populating appeal forms

Save you and your team from having to manually fill out an appeal form each time you're appealing a denial

  • Click on Appeal assistance in the claim detail view

  • Click on the appeal form you'd like to fill out

  • This will open the appeal form saved for the payer, where the information will auto populate.
