Use the search bar in the upper right of any list of claims to look up a specific claim or patient by the following fields.
Patient account #
Patient name
Check #
Medical record #
Payer claim #
Subscriber ID
Subscriber name
To narrow your search, click the options menu and toggle fields on or off. You can search within columns that are hidden from the worklist as long as you have the toggle enabled for those fields.
