The Insurance Product Crosswalk feature within Rivet allows users to efficiently map insurance products to eligibility payers and system payers. Rivet lists all the specific insurance product names on this page that we pull in from your claims or from your patients. This page is used to designate these insurance product names to a specific payer in your account or to a specific eligibility connection for estimates.

To access the Insurance Product Crosswalk, go to Account Settings and select Insurance Product on the left. This section displays a list of specific insurance product names, facilitating their association with a system payer and an eligibility connection for accurate benefits on estimates estimates.

On the left side of the page, filters are available to streamline the list, aiding in easier configuration. Filter options include:

Eligibility Payer Mapping (All, Mapped, Unmapped).

Claim Payer Mapping (Mapped, Unmapped).

Product Usages (Has Patients, Has Claims, Has Usage), indicating the insurance product's association with patients, claims, or utilization files.

Eligibility Payer Mapping: Assign each insurance product to a specific eligibility payer from the 'Eligibility payer' column for optimal eligibility results.

Claim Payer Mapping: Use the dropdown in the 'Claim payer' column to select a payer for the insurance product. This assigns associated claims to that payer and allows for fee schedule assignment in your account.

Customize the display by repositioning columns through the columns dropdown button or by dragging headers. Create additional insurance product names using the 'Create Product' button for more granular control over your insurance mapping.
