Set your general account settings:
✅ Add your users.
✅ Set permissions for different staff members.
✅ Check and make sure your Provider table is accurate / up to date.
Review the (possible) gotcha areas:
✅ Spot check contracts & fee schedules for your top payers.
If needed, create any missing fee schedules and add any needed files.
✅ Verify the payment rules that are set for your top payers.
✅ Review the Insurance Product crosswalk payer mappings.
If you need help identifying which fee schedule should be attached to a payer, look at the payments that are linked to that payer.
If you need to break out specific claims, so you can update the fee schedule mapping for just those claims, use the Claim Insurance page & Schedule Crosswalk.
