Saving Your Customized Filtered List

The + Create a New View option in Rivet’s Underpayment worklist arms the Rivet user with the ability to add as many filters as need and then save that filtered list as either a Shared View (seen by anyone with access to the Underpayment tool) or a Private View (only visible by the user that saved it). This article walks you through, step-by-step, how to add a Shared or Private View in addition to how to edit that view once you have created it.

Quick Tip: The option to create a new view will not show until you have started filtering your worklist.

1. Creating a view

  1. Select from the following 6 areas the filter criteria you would like to include in your new view.

  2. Click on the "+Create new view" button.

  3. Name your new view. Quick Tip: Give your views names that remind you of the filters they contain.

  4. Pick which type of view you want. Clicking the box next to Shared to creat a Shared view or just leave the box blank to make it Private.

  5. Save it.

2. Editing a view

Quick Tip: If you click into a view and then update your filter criteria, you will have the option to either Revert or Update your view.

  1. If you click "Revert" Rivet will remove your new filter criteria and return you to your original filtered view.

  2. If you click "Update" will override your original view and your new filter criteria will be saved.

  3. If you do not want to change your original saved view but you do want to save your current filiters you will click “ + Creat new view” and follow the process above under “Creating a view”.
