Eligibility Usage Tracker Overview
The Rivet eligibility usage tracker allows you to monitor how many eligibility checks you have used and how many are left according to your contract. This article outlines the notifications your account manager will receive as your team reaches 100% of your total usage, as well as how to throttle usage or purchase more eligibility checks to continue verifying eligibility.
1. How to View Eligibility Usage in Rivet
Click on your account name in the upper right corner.
Click on Account to access account settings.
Find appointments on the left side near the bottom.
2. Rivet Eligibility Usage In-app Notifications
When you are well within your purchased amount of eligibility checks, you'll see the following screen under "Appointments" in your Rivet settings.
Click the "i" icon at the bottom of the Usage box for additional insight into your Rivet contract.
At 75% of your usage quota, you'll see an "Approaching eligibility check limit" notification and the usage box will be highlighted.
Click on the "i" icon to learn more about how many eligibility checks are left in your contract.
3. Rivet Eligibility Usage Email Notifications
When your team is at 75% and 90% of your purchased usage amount, Admin Users receive an email indicating the following:
How much of your purchased amount of eligibility has been used to date.
The amount of usage limit remaining.
Your renewal date to indicate possible purchasing needs.
Purchase price of additional eligibility usage (60,000 additional checks for $4,000).
Use of the provider, payer, and appointment filters can significantly reduce your usage volume.
4. Manage Usage Volume
Go to "Account" and select "Appointments."
Under the "Management" section.
Add filters to the provider, payer, and appointment type to reduce the number of eligibility checks that are running automatically.
