Copying comments and activity from Rivet to your clipboard
To copy comments and activity for the line item to your clipboard:
Click into the claim you'd like to copy comments and activity for
Click into the dropdown next to the copy icon
Click Copy all or Copy today depending on the history of comments and activity you'd like to transfer to your PM or EMR system
Copy all will copy all comments and activity for the claim from all time since the claim has existed in Rivet
Copy today will only copy comments and activity from the same day you clicked the button
Pasting comments and activity into your PM or EMR system
To paste the copied comment into the appropriate area of your PM or EMR system, follow these steps:
Open the appropriate area of your PM or EMR system you'd like to paste the copied comments
Right-click your mouse and select "Paste" or use your keyboard shortcut to paste (Ctrl + V or Cmd + V).
