Notifications in Rivet help you keep track of the next steps on claims and projects you're working on. Let's review where you can find and manage your notifications, as well as what kinds of notifications will appear.

Filter the notifications in your view
You can choose to view all read and unread, only unread, or archived notifications by clicking on the filter icon and choosing from the options in the dropdown.
View the claim or project the reminder is attached to
Simply click the link at the bottom of the notification and you'll open that claim or project where you can view the original reminder as well as any other details.
What triggers notifications in Rivet?
Leaving a reminder
You can leave a reminder on any claim detail view accessible from the Underpayments, Non-Response, Denials, and All Claims worklists. Write your reminder as a comment in the Activity section, click Schedule reminder to select a due date for the reminder, and then click Save.
When you leave a reminder for yourself and that reminder reaches its scheduled due date, you'll see a red badge appear on the bell icon in the upper navigation. Click the bell icon and you'll be able to view the reminder in your notifications list.
If you ever want to view reminders you've left that haven't reached their due dates, you can configure any worklist to display the Reminder and Reminder date columns and filter the worklist to claims that include reminders.
Tagging another user in a comment
You can tag another user in a comment you leave on a claim. Your comment will appear as a notification to them in their notifications inbox.
To tag another user in a comment, type @ and then select the user's name from the menu. You can narrow down the list of users to select from by typing @ and then beginning to type the user's name. After selecting the appropriate user, finish typing your message to them and click Save. This will trigger a notification to appear in their inbox.
