Instead of relying on scattered post-it notes and huge spreadsheets, we’re introducing the ability to create reminders for yourself within Rivet. You can create both reminders on individual line items and on groups of them.

To create a reminder on an individual line item, type up what you’d like to be reminded of and then click on “Schedule Reminder” to select the date you’d like to be reminded. Then click on “Save.”

To create a reminder for a group of line items, select multiple line items from the worklist and click on the notes icon. Then type up what you’d like to be reminded of and then click on “Schedule Reminder” to select the date you’d like to be reminded on. Then click on “Save.”

You can then view your reminders on the Denials dashboard. From the dashboard, you can complete a reminder by clicking on the checkbox. Clicking on the checkbox for a bulk reminder will complete the reminder for all of the line items in that group. You can also edit the text or due date for a reminder by clicking on the ellipses and selecting “edit.” Editing a bulk reminder edits the reminder for all the line items associated with that reminder.

Clicking on a reminder from the dashboard will open up the line item(s) you set the reminder for. If the reminder was set for a single line item, it will open the line item that reminder is associated with. If it was set for multiple line items, it will open a worklist with all the line items associated.

Within the line item view, you can complete a reminder by clicking on the checkbox. If a reminder was created as a bulk reminder, “completing” a reminder from the line item view will only complete it for that specific line item. To complete a bulk reminder for all the line items associated with it, check it off from the dashboard.
