Denials Productivity Dashboard for Workflow and Tracking

Discover how the productivity dashboard can enhance efficiency and boost productivity.

Updated over a week ago

Within Claim Resolution there is a Denials productivity dashboard that provides visibility that improves workflow and tracks progress. The dashboard offers a Riveter a personalized denials work summary as their homepage, displaying the progress made each day and highlights the most important Denials, to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks of a busy day.

The productivity dashboard provides an overview of your accomplishments and helps you decide which denials to focus on first.

Each of these boxes reflects the denials which are currently assigned to you:

  • “All unrecovered”: shows the total count and dollar amount of all of the unrecovered denials assigned to you. The trend line shows how many denials you’ve had assigned to you over time, and the icon shows how many unrecovered denials you have today compared to the day before. To access a work list filtered to “All unrecovered” click on the “View” button on the bottom right.

  • “New”: shows the total count and dollar amount of denials in the “Detected” status which are assigned to you. To access a work list filtered to denials in the “Detected” status, click on the “View” button on the bottom right.

  • “Age: 120+ days”: shows the total count and dollar amount of the denials assigned to you that were denied more than 120 days ago. To access a work list filtered to these denials, click on the “View” button on the bottom right.

  • “14+ days since action”: shows the total count and dollar amount of the denials assigned to you which you have not taken an action on in 14+ days. To access a work list filtered to these denials, click on the “View” button on the bottom right.

This is an overview of your progress and results. The bottom box shows the number of claims you’ve taken action on during set time periods, and the top box shows the dollar amounts of the denials you’ve recovered.

From the dashboard you can:

  1. Complete reminders

To complete a reminder click on the checkbox. Clicking on the checkbox for a bulk reminder will complete the reminder for all of the line items in that group.

  2. Edit reminders

To edit the text or due date for a reminder click on the ellipses and select “edit.” Editing a bulk reminder edits the reminder for all the line items associated with that reminder.

  3. This will open the Edit reminder modal. Here you can edit your note. Click Update reminder to save your changes. Editing a bulk reminder edits the reminder for all the line items associated with that reminder.

  4. The team's activity feed displays successfully recovered denials in real-time, providing a clear view of your hard work paying off.

The productivity dashboard aims to address customer feedback and improve the visibility of progress, successes, and focus areas. We plan to add more helpful information to the dashboard in the coming months to further enhance workflow and progress tracking.
