Manager Productivity Dashboard Overview
In addition to the denials end user dashboard, Managers have the ability to view the productivity of their team in the “Analytics” tab through a Manager Dashboard view. Data can be viewed both in real-time and historically without the need for tedious manual calculations or the requirement for their IT team to write custom scripts. Managers are able to access three graphs, including Claims Worked, Closed claims, and the number of actions taken on claims by end users.
This article provides a visual tour of the Manager Dashboard to understand its value and how to access its capabilities.
