Look up a patient, claim, or check number on a claims worklist

Search can be helpful when you're trying to find a specific patient, claim, or check number in your worklist.

Use the search bar in the upper right of any list of claims to look up a patient, claim, or check number by any of the following fields:

  • Patient (name)

  • Subscriber ID

  • Payer Claim ID

  • Patient Account #

  • Check #

  • Medical Record #

Tip: When typing in the patient's name in the search bar you may have to enter it in different formats. For example; last name, first name, or just the patient's last name.
