Estimate templates allow you to streamline your workflow for frequently scheduled services.

Estimate templates in Rivet offer you the ability to streamline your workflow by creating reusable templates. With estimate templates, you can easily templatize and customize aspects of an estimate such as treatment types, providers, service locations, service types, diagnosis codes, procedure codes (including code, modifier, quantity, and coverage), as well as add multiple treatments and notes. This feature can be helpful for customers that create estimates for professional and ASC together, customers that provide multi-day services (oncology, PT, planned stages of surgery, etc), and templates for preventative services.

1. Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an Estimate Template:

1. Click on your account name in the top right corner.

2. Navigate to Account Settings.

3. Choose the Estimates option from the left side menu.

4. Click on the Estimate Templates tab.

5. Select the New Template option.

6. Provide a name for the template.

7. Specify the treatment type.

8. Add a provider for the template or leave it blank.

9. Choose a default service location or leave it blank.

8. Include procedure codes, modifiers, quantities, and coverage details.

10. Add any additional treatments to the template and follow steps 7-10 again if applicable.

11. Add any notes you want to save to the template.

12. Click Create template to save for future use.

2. Creating Estimate Templates from an existing estimate

1. Go to your Estimates and find the estimate you want to save as a template and open it.

2. At the top right of the estimate click save as template.

3. Add a name to the estimate template.

4. You can then make any necessary changes to the template.

5. If applicable add a note to the template.

6. Finally click create template and you will have successfully saved this template.

3. How to use a template when creating an estimate

1. Go to the estimates page and click create estimate.

2. Search for the patient that you are creating the estimate for.

3. Select the template you want to use for this estimate from the drop down menu.

4. Click on Create estimate and it will open with the template applied to the estimate.
