How to Customize Your Estimate PDF

Learn how to customize the information displayed on your estimate PDFs, including the patient and provider address in the header.

By customizing the information on your estimate PDFs, you can shorten them and leave more space for additional treatments. You can now choose to include or exclude the patient and provider address in the header, as well as the patient signature and service location.

You can customize your estimate PDFs by choosing to include or exclude the following information:

  • The patient's signature on the estimate

  • Service location

  • Patient and provider address

Here’s a comparison to illustrate the difference:

Old estimate layout (including patient and provider address):

Newly possible estimate layout (excluding patient and provider address):

  1. To customize your estimate PDF’s navigate to your account settings and click on “estimates”.

  2. Under the General section click edit and select the information you would like to include or exclude on your estimate PDFs.

  3. You have different selection options, to customize your PDFs. You choose to exclude the patient and provider address in the header, it will leave more space at the bottom of your estimate.

  4. You can also choose to include or exclude the patient signature and service location.

Customizing your estimate PDFs can help you save space and provide a cleaner, more professional-looking document. By choosing which information to include or exclude, you can create a document that meets your specific needs.
