Learn how to send estimates in Spanish

Here at Rivet, we believe in patient transparency so this was very important to us to accommodate Spanish. Let's walk through what has changed in Rivet and what the patient will see.

1. View or Download Estimates in Spanish

We added a Preview Estimate selection. This will allow you to select what language you want to view your estimate in.

2. Preview of English vs Spanish

Here is a comparison of what will translate into Spanish on the final estimate. Keep in mind any unique messaging such as a custom disclaimer or a note added to the estimate will appear in English.

Sending Estimates through SMS and Email

When sending estimates the patient will see text on the initial email or SMS letting the patient know that there is a Spanish translation available and to click the link for more info.

3. What is sent to the patient in Spanish

Each form of communication and step the patient takes will have the option to toggle their perferred language at the bottom. We also simplified this process if the patient's browser is already set to Spanish it will display in Spanish by default.
