Over the past few years, Rivet has added a lot of new content to our app. That has meant adding a lot of new menu items to our navigation. We noticed it was starting to get crowded so we took a step back to reassess. To better serve our different user roles, we organized the content based on the tasks those users perform.
What's Inside:
1. New Navigation Structure
The redesigned navigation system divides main services into distinct sections, each tailored to different operational needs.
These sections include:
Estimates: Tools for creating accurate billing estimates.
Underpayments: Monitoring and managing underpayments effectively.
Denials: Handling and appealing denied claims.
2. Additional Sections
To further enhance our service offerings, we have introduced two new sections:
Contract Evaluation: This section is geared towards financial optimization, providing tools for rate negotiation and payer agreements.
Account Resources: Focuses on account management, allowing users to review and update contract details, fee schedules, and other pertinent information.
3. Menu Item Renovations
In our effort to streamline navigation, some existing menu items have been renamed to better reflect their purpose:
‘Payers’ is now ‘All Payers’.
‘Claims’ is now ‘All Claims’.
‘Underpayments’ is now ‘Worklist’ (beneath underpayments menu)
