Running eligibility checks for multiple patients

Running eligibility checks for multiple patients at once in Rivet is an excellent way to save time and streamline your workflow. By following the steps outlined below, you can run eligibility checks for multiple patients with ease on either the eligibility page or the patient's page.

1. Eligibility Page

  1. From the homepage, click the "Estimates" section in the top left corner of the screen. Select "Eligibility" in the drop-down menu.

  2. Click the "Check Eligibility" button to start a new eligibility check.

  3. Search for each patient by name to add to the eligibility

  4. select the provider and service types

  5. Click "Submit" when everything is filled in correctly.

  6. The eligibility checks will appear for each patient in the Eligibility Checks table.

2. Starting from the Patients page.

  1. From the homepage, click the "Estimates" option in the top left corner of the screen. Then select "Patients" in the drop-down menu.

  2. Check the boxes next to the patients you want to include in the eligibility check.

  3. Click the "Check Eligibility" button.

  4. Select the provider and service types you want click "Submit" to run the eligibility check.

  5. The checks will appear in the Eligibility Checks view table.

Running eligibility checks for multiple patients at once can save you valuable time in your workflow. By following the steps outlined above, you can easily run eligibility checks for multiple patients from either the Eligibility page or the Patients page.
