Learn how to reset or change your password for your Rivet account.

Resetting your password

  1. Go to the Rivet login page

  2. The first step is to enter your email address associated with your Rivet account and click “Submit”

  3. Click "Forgot Password"

  4. Check your email and click “Change password”.

  5. Create a new password. Keep in mind a strong password should be long, complex, and unique, with a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. We require at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

  6. Log in with your new password. Click “Go to login” and enter your email address and new password.

Changing your password from within Rivet

1. Password Security

A strong password should be long, complex, and unique, with a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. It is important to use a different password for each account and avoid using personal information, common words, or easily guessable patterns.

2. Password Change Instructions

Step 1: Log in to your account

First, log in to your Rivet Health account using your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and following the prompts to reset it.

Step 2: Go to your account settings

Once you've logged in, click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the screen.

This will open a dropdown menu. Click on "Account"

On the account settings page, click the "Profile” section.

Step 3: Change your password

Enter your new password in the password field. We require at least 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

Once you've entered your new password, click the "Save Changes" button below the password box.

Step 4: Log out and log back in

After you've changed your password, log out of your Rivet Health account and then log back in with your new password to ensure that it's working properly.
