Exporting data & charts

How to export data from a worklist or a chart from a report to CSV, PDF, or PNG files

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Exporting data from worklists

Click the Export button in the upper right corner of the table anytime you want to export your data as a CSV. The file will be downloaded to the Downloads folder on your computer.

The data in your export will match what you're viewing on the worklist within Rivet, meaning:

  • Columns in your exported CSV will match the order and visibility of columns you've set in for your worklist

  • If you've applied filters and/or a search to your worklist, then only data matching that filter set and search criteria will be exported

  • Depending on how you've opted to view your worklist (by line items or claims), rows in your exported CSV will match that selection

  • When exporting a grouped view of your Denials worklist, a column with the group name will be added to the export

Exporting a full dashboard

To export a full dashboard from Reports, click the three dot menu to the right of the dashboard's name, and then select how you would like to export the full dashboard (as a PDF or as a zip file of individual chart images).

Exporting an individual chart or table

There are two ways to export data from an individual chart or table:

  1. From the three dot menu on the chart header in a dashboard view

  2. From the three dot menu to the right of the chart's name in the full-page chart editor view

In each case, you'll be offered the option of what specific data you'd like to export and in what form.
