Configuring Columns in Rivet

When you are working in a table in Rivet, you can configure the contents to your preferred view

Updated over a week ago

This article teaches you how to customize the columns in Rivet to make the best view for you. You will learn how to resize and reorder columns as well as showing or hiding columns.

Ways you can configure tables:

1. Resizing Columns

Resizing columns allows you to see the information that YOU want to see. Expand the patient's subscriber ID, their name, or provider information to be able to quickly scan for the information of which you're looking. Just click and drag the header edge to resize the columns.

2. Reordering Columns

Put the information you need, in the order that best suits your needs. By clicking and dragging the column headers you can move columns to the place you want them. You can also reorder them by opening the "Columns" dropdown and dragging the column name to the position that you desire.

3. Showing/Hiding Columns

Showing and hiding columns allows you to hide information that isn't relevant to you. Don't need to see how many procedures, or how much payment was requested from the patient? Click the columns drop down and then click the checkboxes to hide information! You can always click the checkbox again to show the column if you end up wanting it.

4. Pinning Columns

Do you always want certain information on the left side of the table? Open the "Columns" dropdown and click the pin icon to pin it.
